A peaceful haven in Ubud
The staff was eager to assist, making our stay truly enjoyable. In the beautiful villa, we had our own private pool, surrounded by lush greenery. Breakfast was a daily highlight.
The location, while serene, required some uphill walking which could be challenging for those with mobility issues. the WiFi signal was occasionally slow in our room.

It was just a prime choice for a break on our long journey in Ubud, Bali, with great value-to-price ratio. The staff promptly rectified a villa issue, reinforcing their commitment to service. For a quieter experience, ask for a room further from the music scene.

I stayed in a Deluxe Pool View room for 3 nights. The location was super convenient, right on the main shopping street! The room was comfy and had a nice view. The outdoor bathroom was a cool touch. Staff were helpful, lighting mosquito coils in the evening, which was nice. Only downside was that the AC could've worked better.

beautiful gardens, private pool, convenient shuttle service
The initial transport from the airport felt dated and not worthy of a 5-star place!!! The reception area is rather hidden away, which is awkward for first impressions. A more consistent noise management policy is definitely needed throughout the hotel!!!

What they got right and wrong
Fantastic breakfast options that catered to vegetarians and delightful afternoon tea delivered to our room! ! The location was perfect—easily walkable to key attractions.
Some villa rooms need updating, as one we experienced was dark and didn't match quality expectations.
